NEW YORK – Although winter has not yet arrived in the New York area, this season’s wind is starting to blow as some cold weather activities arrive.
And it is precisely that ice skating lovers will now be able to start scheduling some of the rinks that the Big Apple offers for skating as if they were in a Christmas movie.

Wollman Rink in Central Park
The city’s iconic Wollman Rink reopened on Sunday 23 October with a free day of skating.
Passes are available now, with adult tickets ranging from $ 15 to $ 35 depending on the day and $ 10 tickets for children and seniors. Skate rental costs an additional $ 10.
This winter season, a new partnership between the track and Culture Pass will provide free skating passes to idNYC and library card holders as part of the Wollman Rink Access Program. Here you can findget more information.

Bryant Park Ice Rink
The Winter Village of the Bank of America It reopens on Friday 28 October, together with the free skating rink. Passes to book skate rental are now open.
Winter Village of the Bank of America in Bryant Park is Manhattan’s winter wonderland. At The Lodge you can enjoy New York’s only free skating rink, Christmas shopping, and food and drink on the rink.

Ice skating at Rockefeller Center
November 5th Rockefeller Center ice rink opens for the season, allowing visitors to ice skate in an iconic New York City location right in the heart of Midtown.
The track has become a renowned New York City landmark that has hosted Olympic athletes.
Skaters are guaranteed 40-60 minutes on the rink from the moment of entry.
