After Sunday’s arrival at the venue, the Slovaks first completed the mandatory isolation, now they are gradually getting used to the ice. First, they tried out the competition area in the Olympic Sports Center, where they complete all seven duels of the group part, but they have also passed the ice test in the Daugava training arena.

“We moved to the training hall by bus for about ten minutes. It was interesting to experience something similar. The ice there was great, they built it nicely. From a personal point of view, I’m very happy to be here and to be able to try it, “ evaluated on the official website of the Slovak Ice Hockey Association (SZĽH) forward Milos Roman.
