Ice hockey: Washington Capitals get Michael Raffl from Flyers – ice hockey

Washington – Michael Raffl ends the 2020/21 NHL season in a new team: The 32-year-old Carinthian was handed over to the Washington Capitals by the Philadelphia Flyers on Monday shortly before the transfer time expired. Raffl has played no fewer than 504 matches in eight seasons for the Flyers since May 2013. These are more games in Philly dress than franchise legend Eric Lindros, for example. Washington is Raffl’s second stop in the NHL.
