Tedenby leaves HCD despite contract

Mattias Tedenby and the HC Davos go their separate ways. The Swede makes use of his exit clause and leaves the Grisons after only one season and despite a contract until 2021.

This season, Tedenby played 48 games for the HCD, scoring 37 points (18 goals). Where Tedenby is going is not yet known. (dab)

Kovar at EV Zug until 2023

The EV train extended the contract with the Czech striker Jan Kovar by three years until 2023. The almost 30-year-old Kovar had switched to the current National League leader this season and established himself as a top performer at EVZ.

He has already scored 12 goals and a total of 41 score points for the EVZ in 44 games this season. The new contract includes an exit clause for the KHL, which Kovar could make use of at the end of the next and the following season. (abu / sda)
