The Austrian ice hockey team player Konstantin Komarek will play for the Swiss club EHC Biel at least until the end of December. The 28-year-old center is under contract with the KHL team Dinamo Riga. For the Latvians, however, he was only used in 15 of 33 games this season. Komarek got six scorer points.
Two foreigners are partly not available to the Bielers this month. The Swede David Ullström is injured, the Finn Petteri Lindbohm is with the national team at the Challenge One Cup in Moscow next week. At Biel, Stefan Ulmer and Fabio Hofer are two other Austrian team players under contract.
