Denver (AP) – The German national ice hockey player Moritz Seider and goalkeeper Thomas Greiss have suffered the third clear defeat in a row with the Detroit Red Wings in the NHL.
At the Colorado Avalanche, the team from the Midwest lost 3: 7 (1: 3, 2: 3, 0: 1) and has 13 successes after 28 games this season. Previously, the Red Wings lost 6-2 in St. Louis and 5-2 in Nashville.
The match was particularly bitter for Goalie Greiss. The Füssener conceded three quick goals in the first eleven minutes in his 13th outing and left the Red Wings goal in exasperation. For him, Alex Nedeljkovic moved between the posts. Defender Seider prepared the interim 1: 3 by Wladimir Namestnikow with his 16th assist this season (20th minute).
In the duel of the stars, Sidney Crosby and the Pittsburgh Penguins prevailed 4: 2 (1: 0, 2: 0, 1: 2) at the Washington Capitals with Alexander Ovetschkin. The Florida Panthers are with a 3: 1 (3: 1, 0: 0, 0: 0) at the Arizona Coyotes with 40 points the currently best point NHL team.
