The ICC also issued an arrest warrant for Hamas military chief Mohammed Deif.
The international community has been waiting for a long time for the decision of the ICC in light of Israel’s increasingly brutal genocide in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank and Lebanon.
Meanwhile, Israeli attacks on Gaza over the past 24 hours have killed 71 people and injured another 176, according to the enclave’s health ministry.
The death toll brings the total death toll from Israel’s genocide in Gaza to 44,056, according to the Gaza ministry. A total of 104,268 people were injured in the siege.
Not only that, until now, there are dozens of Palestinians who are still trapped under rubble in the two northern areas that were targeted by Israeli attacks last night, Sheikh Radwan and Beit Lahiya.
There are no Civil Defense teams or paramedics working in Beit Lahiya, adding to the suffering of residents there.
Even those who reached hospitals in the north cannot receive adequate treatment.
The hospital is only functioning as a first aid hospital due to the lack of medical supplies and there is no intensive care unit.
In the central region, where the journalists of Al Jazeera are currently, there is intense shelling of artillery. “We could hear it in the background,” said an Al Jazeera journalist.
At the same time, the Israeli military Arab spokesman said that they would soon bomb the neighborhoods of Haret Hreik and Hadath in Dahiyeh, a southern suburb of the Lebanese capital.
This is the third announcement of an emergency move issued by the Israeli military in Beirut today.
