PARIS (Reuters) – Real estate developer Icade said on Monday that it wanted to list its subsidiary Icade Santé on the Paris Stock Exchange by the end of the year, subject to market conditions.
The operation should make it possible to finance the investment and development plan of the subsidiary specializing in healthcare real estate.
“Icade will provide further information on the planned transaction when it publishes its 2021 half-year results, scheduled for July 26,” the group said in a press release.
Created in 2007, Icade Santé held at the end of 2020 a portfolio of 139 health establishments representing a portfolio of 5.2 billion euros.
