/ world today news/ An early vote would bring the same 6 parties into the parliament according to a national survey by “Trend”
40% like work government, 42% – no
51% believe that the vote on July 11 was honest, on the contrary opinion is only 15%
The same 6 parties that are in the current 46th National Assembly will enter the parliament in new early elections. This is shown by a nationally representative study by the Research Center “Trend” commissioned by “24 Chasa”.
The data from the research show that in terms of electoral attitudes, GERB-SDS is the first political force, but with a minimal lead over “There is such a people”.
In the elections on July 11, “There is such a people” received 24.08% and thus emerged as the first force ahead of GERB-SDS with a vote of 23.51%. The difference is 0.57%.
The “Trend” survey from the end of July shows again a fragile distance between GERB-SDS and “Ima talik narod” of 0.8%, but this time in favor of Borisov’s party.
BSP and “Democratic Bulgaria” remain in the battle for third place with 14.5% and 14.1%, respectively.
On July 11, the red party received 13.39%, and “Democratic Bulgaria” – 12.64%.
The data now show a firm fourth position of DPS with just over 10% and 4.4% for the formation “Stand up BG! We are coming!”.
On July 11, the vote for DPS was 10.71%, and for Maya Manolova’s formation, which was also called “Stand Up! Get out!” – 5.01%.
The survey on electoral attitudes in new elections indicates that “Vazrazhdane” remains below the barrier with 2.9%, VMRO with 1.9% and “Bulgarian Summer” with 1.1%.

Over half of adult Bulgarians (51%) declare that the elections were fair, only 15% are of the opposite opinion. Clearly, machine voting increases confidence in the electoral process, and the overwhelming opinion is that it should stay (57%) compared to just 12% who think paper voting should return.

“Trend” specifies that the field survey was conducted between July 23 and 30 on the territory of Bulgaria and is a snapshot of attitudes towards that period. The proposal of “There is such a people” for Prime Minister in the person of Plamen Nikolov and the subsequent political events may have given a certain reflection of the attitudes, but the survey cannot account for it.
