Iannone: «Sangiuliano creates opportunities, De Luca destroys»

«The governor’s behavior is truly incomprehensible By Luca which, while it continues to ask the Government for resources, at a time when important funding is being allocated to Campania for Culture, 27 million euros out of 51 total and 7 projects out of 16 planned, in the State-Regions conference he votes against. A shame. A story that evidently reveals the political hypocrisy of De Luca and his party, the Democratic Party, which in nine years in the Campania region have only managed to collect failures in all sectors, from social to mobility, up to healthcare where they gave demonstration of extensive administrative inability, making us repeatedly hit the headlines and bringing us, due to their inadequacy to manage such a vital sector, of fundamental importance for the population – to the last places in all the rankings relating to the health services provided. Meanwhile the minister Sangiuliano continues to show great attention to Campania and its enormous potential in the cultural field, including very interesting museums, wonderful archaeological sites and buildings of enormous artistic value – creating opportunities never seen before for our land, while De Luca would like to destroy them. A contradiction which, together with the other evident contradictions that have characterized this governorship, will certainly have great weight and will draw an insurmountable gap between De Luca and the citizens of Campania, especially when they are called upon again to choose their governor. Thanks to Meloni government, and in particular to Minister Sangiuliano, in Campania – as well as in the entire South – there has been an evident reversal of direction in the field of culture, a real and concrete commitment to relaunch and enhance the role of cultural superpower of Italy in the world. For the Campania Region the strategic plan provides for the following interventions and funding: Roman villa and archaeological museum of Positano, 2,000,000 euros; Archeolab Naples, 4,000,000; National Book and Reading Museum-Naples, 4,000,000; Monte di Pietà-Naples complex recovery, 10,000,000; ecclesial compendium of Sant’Agata dei Goti, 4,000,000; adaptation of the Sannio-Benevento Museum, 2,000,000; refunctionalization of Villa La Colombia-Ischia for 1,000,000”.
