If President Iohannis does not dissolve the Parliament in accordance with the constitutional provisions, there are two possibilities: the first possibility is to trigger a legal conflict of a constitutional nature that clarifies the constitutional provisions regarding the dissolution of the Parliament and the organization of early elections “, says Orban.
He claims that the presidents of the two Houses of Parliament can submit complaints to the Constitutional Court in this regard. In this context, he appreciates that the PNL no longer has chances to obtain the leadership of the Chamber of Deputies again.

The second possibility is, according to Orban, the suspension of the president.
