The Indonesian national team is at the start AFF Cup 2022 against Cambodia this afternoon. President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) plans to attend the match.
“I want to watch it,” Jokowi said at Sukamahi Dam, Bogor, West Java, on Friday (12/23/2022).
It should be noted that Jokowi carried out a variety of activities in Bogor today. Jokowi started his agenda by distributing welfare assistance at Cigombong market.
Subsequently, Jokowi inaugurated the Ciawi Dam and the Sukamahi Dam. Jokowi is expected to watch the match between Indonesia and Cambodia this afternoon.
As reported detik SportIndonesia is in Group A with Thailand, Cambodia, the Philippines and Brunei in the AFF Cup 2022. The four teams played their first match in the tournament for this Southeast Asian country.
As per the 2022 AFF Cup schedule, the Indonesian national team will start its work today. The match was played at Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, kicking off at 4.30pm WIB.
After that, the Indonesian national team will face Brunei in their next match on Monday, December 26, 2022. Thailand will be the third opponent of the Garuda Squad on Thursday, December 29, 2022.
The Indonesian national team is scheduled for the last match of the group stage AFF Cup 2022 facing the Philippines on January 2, 2023. Garuda’s team aims for the top two positions in the group standings to qualify for the semifinals.
