Attorney Heidi Al-Fadali, a former head of the Juvenile Criminal Court and a lawyer accused of killing her mother in collaboration with her boyfriend inside her house in Al-Fayrouz neighborhood of Port Fouad in Port Said Governorate, said that the defendant, “Nourhan ”, told her during his meeting with her: “I want to stop living without my mother”.
Al-Fadali added: “Nourhan told me that she did not kill and did not witness the killing, and that indeed there is a relationship between her and the accused (Hussein) and that she has lost something very important to every girl: her virginity.—and that she gave private lessons to her sister, and he always said to her: How does your mother keep me away?” About you.. How did your mother insult me and he threaten her?
He continued: “The day of the accident, she was giving private lessons from 4 until about 8 in the evening, and her mother called her around six to check on her, and her little brother (Adham) was with her in lessons, and at this time (Hussein) called her and said: I have to take my right hand and I have to teach your mother a lesson, or I teach my brother (Ahmed), and her brother was her weak point because she is more attached to him of his mother and father, so he was afraid of him because of the threat of the accused (Hussein). I’m talking to mom.
And she continued in her speech: “There was a verbal altercation between her mother and the defendant, then she came out to her mother’s screams and found blood on her head, and she found (Hussein) holding a hammer hitting her mother on the head, so (Nourhan) asked him to stop, but he refused and told her that she had become his mate, and that he would end his mother’s life so as not to expose his affairs, and she ended her life with a bottle, and out of fear of his threat to her, they disagreed with the story of the robbery-motivated murder, and then she confessed everything before the prosecution.
Major General Medhat Abdel-Rahim, Deputy Interior Minister and Security Director of Port Said, had received a report on the murder of Ms. Dalia Samir Al-Hoshi, supervisor of workers, inside her home in Al-Fayrouz neighborhood in the city of Port Fouad, and the official authorities began to investigate the incident to ascertain the circumstances, and her daughter and her friend – her neighbor – were accused of committing the crime.
From the forensic report and from the defendant’s confessions it emerged that she is not a virgin, who also admitted to having had an illicit relationship with the defendant. The opposition judge decided to renew the detention of the girl accused of having killed the mother in association with her boyfriend for 15 days pending investigations.
