“This is a good story. It is difficult to lose victims, but football leaves good stories that we must appreciate,” said the figure who successfully led Brazil to the 2002 World Cup.
However, Ronaldo also predicts that France will be a strong candidate to win the 2022 World Cup. He said the Blues have players with extraordinary physical and technical qualities, namely Kylian Mbappe.
“He has extraordinary physical and technical qualities. You can be the best player. He has natural talent and at 23, the experience of winning the World Cup,” said Ronaldo.
Morocco became the surprise team at the 2022 World Cup. The Atlas Lions are unbeaten to date and toppled a number of favorite sides to win, such as Belgium, Spain and Portugal.
