"I was never able to lose the weight and maintain it for a long period of time, until I found the 1:1 diet," Bryan revealed. Before his breakthrough, he’d tried nearly every method imaginable: calorie-counting, slimming groups, points-based systems, even cabbage soup diets and pills. "This last meal would average around 400 calories," Bryan shared, emphasizing that his three daily meals met his nutritional needs.
