PSG switch

It came with the fact that the 34-year-old was forced to close Barcelona’s legendary chapter of his career in search of a new club instead.

“I thought everything was sorted out …”
The first few weeks of his Paris career have since been a bit mixed, with Messi scoring a single goal in five games so far.
And as mentioned earlier, this weekend, for the first time since his affair with Neymar and Co. at Parc des Princes, the 34-year-old was drawn to the chain of events that finally led him out of Camp Nou in August.
In an interview with France Football, Messi admitted that he intended to draft a new deal with Barcelona only to see his plans “shaken” at the last minute:

Leo Messi at @francefootball: “I had other offers when I left Barcelona as a free agent, but I have to admit that we reached an agreement with PSG very quickly. I was convinced of the project, the ambitions of the club, the players it has, the staff… ”. ?? #PSG @GFFN
