For a long time women wrote in secret, the way to the literary public requires(d) an excess of passion and strength of character.
On our walk from Marienplatz to the cathedral on the occasion of International Women’s Day on March 8th, we meet twelve authors from 200 years – a contemporary poet, a feminist woman from 1848, an Iranian exile, among others – and hear quotes from various literary genres.
