I Medinaceli Book Fair Takes Over Renaissance Courtyard Palacio Ducal

nadThe Medinaceli Neighborhood Association (AVM) and the DEARTE Foundation inaugurated yesterday the I Medinaceli Book Fair. After an opening in which there was no lack of music, by the young Ocelitan pianists Alejandro Pérez and Sergio Pérez, more than a dozen exhibitors and fifteen authors, made the Art of Letters take over the Renaissance courtyard Palacio Ducal . “In this space we have with DEARTE music, theater, cinema, painting, sculpture… We lacked the letters and with you it will be able to be a reality”, said Carlos López, member of the AVM, in his opening speech.

A Miquel Tugores grateful for the initiative of the AVM and excited to have a Book Fair in the Ducal Palace, defending books and reading as a vehicle of Culture, gave way to Paco Casas, presenter who gives voice to dubbing by famous actors such as Sean Connery, who, after his speech accompanied by his warm voice, prepared the audience for the performances of Alejandro Pérez and Sergio Pérez, with whose musical accompaniment on the piano he kicked off and masterfully developed the morning session of the I Medinaceli Book Fair.

Neighbors from towns throughout the Alto Jalón passed yesterday through the Ducal Palace of Medinaceli, where the book presentations and the signing of copies took turns with very popular storytelling sessions and workshops, with boys and girls from all over the region enjoying of letters, live music, the incomparable setting of the Renaissance courtyard, letters and reading.

The day closed in Medinaceli with a spectacular magic performance by the tiktokero Mago Fermagic, who made his debut with a live audience and astonished everyone with implausible tricks. After a hilarious Karaoke Night put the perfect icing on the cake to continue again today with the fair.
