“I Love Science” puts scientific culture in the spotlight at Tour et Taxis

From Friday 11 to Sunday 13 October, the Tour et Taxis site in Brussels will once again host the “I Love Science” festival, a dive into the world of science for science enthusiasts of all ages, visit.Brussels announced in a press release on Wednesday. Many organisations and institutions will offer completely free experiments and workshops.

Every year, some 15,000 people come to test their knowledge or awaken their scientific curiosity. The festival is aimed at all types of audiences: from school groups to families, including solo science enthusiasts.

In total, around sixty institutions, associations and universities will offer activities or demonstrations. The exhibitors will be grouped by theme: art, technology, creativity, space, humans, ingenuity and nature. “For example, you can make sound visible, draw the city of the future or take a lie detector test,” explains Visit.Brussels. The aim is to give young people a taste for science.

A space will also be dedicated to debates and conferences on artificial intelligence (AI). Outside, eight “science trucks” and an educational boat will offer activities on mobility or food.

The full program and all information about the festival are available on the website www.ilovescience.brussels.
