Man City Manager, Pep Guardiola not surprised by football Kevin De Bruyne. It’s been seven years since Guardiola and De Bruyne have been together at City, so Guardiola knows everything about his attacking midfielder.
“We spent seven seasons together, so we both did everything together except sleeping together,” he said with a laugh Sky Sports.
“I know De Bruyne very well. The goals he scored are not unusual,” he said.
Kevin De Bruyne is a midfield general Manchester City. De Bruyne has always been the first choice and was given the task of carrying the captain’s armband.
De Bruyne has been with Man City since 2015 while Guardiola arrived as a manager in 2016. Both have tasted many titles at City as four-time Premier League champions.
“De Bruyne always needs movement. He cannot sit still when he passes the ball,” concluded Guardiola.
