In that particular scene, there’s a scene where she’s trying to reach for something and I go to stab her in the arm. She forgot to move her arm and I literally stabbed her. I stabbed her in the arm (separate your fingers an inch or two) and I’ll never forget it. I turned white.
Wolverine may not have much regret when he cuts his enemies to pieces with ease, but it’s something else entirely when Hugh Jackman impales someone while filming. Especially when he’s in the middle of a job where injuries and dealing with insurance can certainly make everyone involved miserable.
