He works in a team with 4-5 of the best hydro engineers in Bulgaria.
I have been asked many times if I paid him for something he gave me. My company has not received a single project from a ministry run by DPS. Only 10% of our income comes from government contracts. Everything else we do ourselves,” said the businessman.
