The daughter of Igor Nosov, who died as a result of a road traffic accident on Gagarin Avenue in Kharkov, said that her father did not abuse alcohol, and the cause of death at the time of the accident was not intoxication, but a cumulative trauma of the whole body. She also stressed that her father did not violate traffic rules at the time of the accident.
In addition, Anastasia Nosova complained that at the moment, until now there is no expert conclusion about whether the person involved in the accident, Nikolai Kharkivsky, was intoxicated… The woman wrote about this in her Instagram.
“In addition to the conclusions of the examination, there are still 58 years lived, I know who my father was, what kind of life he led. His weakness was music, literature, sports – certainly NOT alcohol. 3.65 ppm for me in this story is water. Water, which blurs the focus of the public from the main one. There is also an extract from the forensic medical examination, which indicates the cause of death, namely: INCOMPATIBLE INJURY OF THE WHOLE BODY !!!! – the woman writes.
Also, the daughter of the deceased stressed that she remembers well the situation on the evening before the accident, noting that she has no reason to doubt her father… In addition, the woman wrote that the presence of alcohol in her father’s blood does not change the degree of Nikolai Kharkovsky’s guilt.

As OBOZREVATEL reported earlier, alcohol was found in the blood of a man who died in a resonant accident in Kharkov with the participation of a 16-year-old driver. Nevertheless, he did not violate the traffic rules and could not be the culprit of the accident. In the blood samples of the deceased experts found 3.65 ppm, which is an “administrative offense”.
