Lino Guanciale will be the protagonist of the next television season. The actor, born on May 21, 1979 in Avezzano, in the province of L’Aquila, will return to the Rai networks with three fictional stories. Two of these are certainly among the most famous series interpreted by the forty-three year old from Abruzzo: we are talking about the second season of Commissioner Ricciardi and the third season of the thriller The red door. The role of Leonardo Cagliostro, protagonist of the Rai 2 series directed by Carmine Elia, was probably what consecrated him as one of the best actors of Italian television.
The third series is missing, the title of which we now reveal. Survivors is a new fiction, which sees the actor from Avezzano working again with director Carmine Elia. Waiting for this fall, Survivors is a drama / crime series with a really ambitious storyline. The protagonists of the story are seven people, who survived the sinking of a sailboat that left Genoa for a charity crossing. The boat, which originally had 12 people on board, will be found after a year on the coasts of Venezuela.

The Abruzzese actor spoke about the series in an interview granted to TV Smiles and Songs. He revealed to the weekly published by Mondadori that he had faced many difficulties during the filming of the series. In particular, he revealed that he had to learn to drive the boat, as in the fiction he will play the captain of the boat. Three skippers helped him with the feat, and the actor also had to take freediving lessons because there are some underwater sequences over the course of the episodes. Guanciale also ironically confessed that he hopes that what he has learned will never be useful to him in his life.
The problems faced during the filming of the fiction also concern the story itself.
