Aleš, you will be examined for sexually transmitted diseases in a dermatology clinic (in Prague, for example, in Apolinář). The exam is anonymous, meaning your data will be kept confidential (but this is a prerequisite for any medical visit). If you have used a condom during oral intercourse, the risk of infection is minimal, but the tests will give you the certainty that you are really okay.
