Ammon – In a crime that shocked the Malaysian street, an obsessed fan stabbed a young Malaysian singer to death after she fulfilled his wish and met him in a restaurant for dinner.
In detail, a 44-year-old fan followed singer Zhou Jia Ling, 26, for two years. He invited her to have dinner with him more than once, and despite her constant refusal, she eventually agreed to his request and fulfilled his wish to meet her.
But after they left the restaurant, a verbal altercation occurred between them, which prompted the man to stab her 8 times in different areas in the back, heart, and chest, before transporting her body by car to his residence.
After trying to wake her up in vain, the assailant harmed himself using the same murder weapon, and when the police arrived at the car after receiving an emergency call from one of the neighborhood women, they found Zu dead body on the car seat.
He tried to commit suicide…and failed
Although the perpetrator attempted suicide, he failed and was taken to the hospital, where he was detained. He continued to claim that the singer was his lover during his arrest.
The Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) continues to investigate the motive behind this tragic murder.
It is noteworthy that Zhou was preparing to marry her lover, Lu Yang, in the next year 2024, as he wrote in her farewell: “I was lucky when you entered my life and I cried thinking about our happy moments. My world is collapsing now.”
