Just a few days ago, we told you about the misadventure of Tamara, a Habaysian working in Arlon. The latter had been swindled for a sum of € 18,000 in connection with the purchase of a car that she has never received.
Today, another Habaysian woman has been scammed online. We will call her Jeanne.
➜ Can Jeanne hope to see her money again?
?
The answer HERE.
In the middle of the move, she decided to part with several of her furniture. She will place her ad on several second-hand sales sites as well as on the “Market Place” of Facebook. “A lady sends me a private message asking if the chair is still available. I answer yes, then she tells me that she lives in Antwerp… ” Here is what followed.
➜ Without knowing it, she had put the foot in the gears of crooks you do not.
➜ “I feel so dumb”: Jeanne testifies.
