I don’t need Latvia – I will go to another country: Khamatova spoke about problems with a residence permit: EADaily

Actress Chulpan Khamatova, who fled Russia, admitted to problems renewing her residence permit (residence permit) in Latvia after changing to freelance status at the New Riga Theater. She spoke about this in an interview on the Rus TVNet channel.

“Suddenly, almost at the end of the summer, it turned out that I could not get a residence permit, that is, my residence permit would probably not be renewed, because I only made land buys, builds a house, so that I have a guarantee that I will have a residence permit – this is no longer working, all this has been cancelled,” – said the actress.

The reason for extending a residence permit can only be a work contract.

“To be honest, after the National Theater asked us, I didn’t care if I stayed in Latvia or not. I thought: “If I am not needed in Latvia, I will go to another country,” – Khamatova said proudly.

However, the problem was resolved by concluding a contract at the Dailes Theatre. Khamatova received this recommendation from the director of the theater group Juris sigh. The actress’ residence permit was then extended for another year.

As reported EADailyKhamatova previously said that all Russians need a lobotomy and rehabilitation, and she herself will definitely never return to the Sovremennik Theater. According to her, her Russian colleagues are sure that she has secret puppets, some guardians who pay money, and then she expresses their statements.
