“I will look for a new way to make a living,” Dr. Hassan Efraimov wrote in front of his office, according to his patients on the Internet. The reason is that there is no “green certificate” and in order not to violate the laws of democratic Bulgaria he stops his practice as a doctor.Obstetrician-gynecologist Dr. Hassan Efraimov is also a municipal councilor in Dobrich.

Since I do not have a green certificate, I will stop accepting patients from tomorrow, so as not to violate the laws of democratic Bulgaria.
I apologize to the patients. Let them turn to colleagues who are allowed to work. I, in my office, which I created with both hands, no longer have this right and I will look for a new way to make a living.
Thanks to everyone who trusted me during these 20 years. Let us be alive and healthy and for better times. I believe that one day we will be together again.
His decision has led to many negative comments from his patients and colleagues who do not justify it.
