Eduard Rediko was on the voting line in the semi-finals of the show “X Factors”, who was ready for such a turn, because his performances were worth the worst in the background. In a conversation with the portal Skaties.lv, Eduards announces that the excitement of singing the rescue song was not great, because he was confident about himself and the chosen composition. He wanted to move on because the final repertoire is great.
During the rescue song, the show participant wanted to enjoy a moment on stage, as it may have been his last performance in “X Factor”. He wanted to do everything from the heart and show the best. The song was an opportunity not only to stay in the show, but also to correct the “mistakes” made in the semi-finals.
The participant of the show felt that he would be on the line, so he was in the mood for it in time. He realized that the performance of the other participants was better, so he made it clear that there was nothing to lose, he had to get it and prove to himself and the spectators that he deserved to be in the finals.
“It was a pity to have to compete with Dione, because she is a very talented singer, she deserved to be in the finals. When I was waiting for the results, there was anxiety, I started to smile from the anxiety, it looked as if it was fun for me, but inside I lived both for myself and for Dion, ”reveals Eduard.
Eduards admits that the excitement played a big role in the semi-finals, which is not what allowed him to show himself 100%. Behind the scenes, the young singer was sad that it all came together, he understands that everyone is just people and everything can’t always come together perfectly.
The singer thinks that it is possible that the choice of songs was not the best, but he wanted to show that he can be different.
I seem to just “burn out”, but I fought to the end. I do not want to excuse myself. I just know I can do better and the audience definitely knows it. I tried very hard and did everything from the heart, I tried to enjoy the performances of both songs. I am glad that it was the viewers who decided that I should stay on the show, ”Eduards is happy.
Coming to the finals, Eduard was both happy and sad. He felt guilty for moving on, but Diona didn’t. The singer thinks that Diona is a great singer with huge potential.-
In the finals, Eduards is aware that he has to work even harder, because he does not want to give up, he would regret giving up later.
“When I came to the selection, I didn’t believe I would go that far. Thanks to the entire X Factor team, mentor, supporters, family! I will try even more in the finals, and hopefully the performance will be better! I will try to do as best I can! I don’t care if I win this show, because I was in the final, Top 3, it is already a great achievement. Then you will see what decision the viewers will make, ”says Eduards.
It is difficult for Eduard to find words to thank all those who voted for him in the semi-finals and supported him. He values it very, very much and loves every supporter.
“I am glad that the audience believes and is with me. Thank you very much, I will try even more in the finals, because thanks to you, I got there. You just have to go ahead, there is no going back, ”smiles Eduard.
