This was predicted to BNR by Prof. Krassimir Petrov, economist. He has taught economics and finance in the United States, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Bulgaria.
In his words, “in the economy we do not want to go on a diet, there should be no populism, we should not give money for good and bad.”
“Both the business and the family must minimize and eliminate all types of loans, build 6-9 months of savings. We need real assets – consumer – to buy things, apartments, gold. I do not recommend buying homes and real estate, because they are repeatedly overpriced “.
In the program “Horizon for you” Prof. Petrov added:
“With Covid measures, we cannot expect economic growth. We have a conflict between health and economic measures. This problem needs to be addressed at the macroeconomic and political level. The economy needs to loosen.”
