/ world today news/ Former president Georgi Parvanov and current leader of ABV Georgi Parvanov commented to BPost.bg that he does not believe the media interpretations of the news of the last 24 hours that Russia is stopping the “South Stream” mega project because of Bulgaria.
“I want to see the official documents and then I will comment,” the president said.
Parvanov added that he should also hear the official position of the Bulgarian government on the issue. “Be sure that we will comment on the topic thoroughly. On Wednesday or Thursday, ABV will organize a press conference regarding President Vladimir Putin’s decision,” the ABV leader also said.
“This is my topic and my commitment,” added Georgi Parvanov. We remind you that during his time the intergovernmental agreement on South Stream was concluded, and then Parvanov declared that we had achieved a “grand slam”.
