I have stated this from the beginning of the work of the 48th National Assembly: we will be here to dialogue and seek a solution, so when we receive an invitation and if there is a theme that addresses what topics we will talk about, we will be prepared, we will do what is necessary and we will participate. Before we know if there will be a government, there must be a dialogue that will outline the parameters of agreement or disagreement on the issues. We participate in conversations, we seek solutions, we hope that they will be fruitful.
This was announced by the leader of “Bulgarian Rise” Stefan Yanev, reports “24 chasa”.
Asked if it was true that he would become prime minister if they had a third term, the former interim prime minister commented:
I understand that it is being talked about, it has not been officially talked about. There is such a hypothesis and possibility, it is important to wait, to give the talks a chance, to see what will happen in the first and second term, which is also according to the constitution. It is too early to discuss a hypothesis for a third term. It is necessary and useful to look for a majority that can potentially support a government of over 160 MPs, a majority capable of deciding on a series of changes.
“There is a dialogue when it is necessary, we are in normal relationships. We have not talked about these topics, I assume that we will be invited to official talks, where we will talk about the topics we have touched,” Yanev commented in response to a question about what kind. of relations with President Rumen Radev.
I suppose it is possible that a government will also take place in the first and second mandates. We are not people who have stared at the crystal ball and think that we have solutions to all problems, they will be solved in a conversation with dialogue. We have not chosen who we will support because we have not yet engaged in concrete discussions and conversations. When that happens, we can already decide who to support, concluded the leader of “Bulgarian Rise” in response to the question of whether GERB or PP can find a majority.
