For a long time, I did what made others happy. For the past two years, I’ve decided to make myself happy. And it feels really good, says Kardashian.
–The decision has led to changes and divorce, but has been worth the price, she believes.
I think it’s important to be honest with yourself about what makes you happy. I have chosen myself. I think it’s ok to choose yourself.

For the rest of her 40s, she will prioritize herself, says the 41-year-old. The plan is to eat healthy, exercise and have more fun. Kardashian also claims that she wants to make herself more inaccessible:
