I challenge you to find a clip of me that contains profanity, “video” – Turkey Today

Lebanese singer Sarah Zakaria has revealed new details about the controversy sparked by the statements of the “Syrian Artists Syndicate”, Mohsen Ghazi, who denied knowing them and prevented her from performing in concerts in Syria due to what she described as “profanity” he uttered during his singing.

Zakaria challenged Rabaa Al-Zayyat in his “Show the Story” program during an interview with Arab media to have someone invent a video clip in which he uttered “immoral” words while singing at parties.

Commenting on Captain Ghazi’s “statement that he denied knowing a singer named Sarah Zakaria,” Zakaria confirmed that Ghazi had given her a rating (class A) about three months prior to her latest statements and the controversy surrounding her.

Zakaria stressed that he performed many concerts in Syria after officially obtaining permits and paying dues to the “Syrian Artists Syndicate”, adding that he has all the documents and access to the sums he paid to the union, “and they all bear the stamp of Mohsen Ghazi ”. He expressed his astonishment at the latter’s denial of knowing her despite having been granted these permits and documents.

According to the Lebanese singer, she was paying the union for every concert she held in Syria, an amount of 5 million Syrian pounds, all documented with invoices and access.

Sarah Zakaria agrees to “don’t use bad words”
And last September, two famous singers Sarah Zakaria and Reem Al-Sawas and singer Baha Al-Youssef signed a pledge not to use insults and bad words during concerts. This came a few days after Mohsen Ghazi banned their concerts in Aleppo due to songs that included “insults and slander”, according to Ghazi’s description.

During his meeting with Rabaa, Zakaria praised what he described as “the warm welcome in the Syrian Artists Syndicate”, noting that he had not received any abuse from the “captain” Ghazi.

She said the reason that prompted her to sign the “Artists Syndicate” pledge is her love for the Syrian audience who love her, adding that she asked the Artists Syndicate to apply the pledge to everyone, saying: “If you want to prevent, you have to prevent everyone, you don’t answer two people with you and the rest don’t”, according to what was reported in the meeting program.
