Businessman Simo Kasabov tearfully uttered these words before the Plovdiv District Court.
He is accused of hitting his wife Dimitria with a tennis racket on December 14, who managed to escape and asked a friend for help. She was hospitalized with multiple injuries and has now had her spleen removed.
Kasabov broke down in tears as he spoke his last words before the magistrates ruled on his pre-trial detention. He admitted inserting tracking devices into the phones of his wife and two children, but it was done so that each knew where the others were.
Earlier, people close to the family told ’24 Chasa’ that things are unclear.
“Dimitria is dating three friends, two of whom are divorced and one of whom is single. The four go clubbing together, which belies claims that Simo Kasabov was very jealous. After the deliberation, the panel of judges decided to leave the recusal request without respect.
