1. Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
2. Check that your username and password are correct.
3. If you have the Facebook app installed on your device, log out of it (or delete and reinstall it).
4. Log out of Facebook from all browsers installed on your device (Chrome, Opera, Safari, etc.).
5. Restart your device and try connecting the game to Facebook again.
For iOS devices:
1. Go to Settings → Facebook.
2. Make sure the game is in the list Allow these apps to use your account and that permission is enabled.
3. Delete your Facebook account from the device settings (touch your name → touch Delete account).
4. Reset your advertising ID (Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Reset Advertising ID).
5. Uninstall the Facebook app from your device.
6. Open your browser → Open your Facebook account page → Log in to your account.
7. Try reconnecting to Facebook in the game settings.
For Android devices:
- Go to Settings→ Accounts.
- Touch Facebook → DELETE.
- Remove the game from the app list on Facebook.
- Restart your device, launch the game and try to reconnect it to Facebook.
