JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Term of office of the Main Director of Perum Bulog Budi Waseso or commonly called Buwas only two months left. Buwas said he had no plans after his term ended.
“It’s finished (the position of President Director of Perum Bulog), go for a walk,” he said at the Perum Bulog Office, Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jakarta, Thursday (2/2/2023).

When asked if he would serve as Minister of Agriculture, Buwas did not want to comment further because there was no talk of the new position.
“No, I don’t need a response because there’s no discussion there. There are also no examples. Nope,” he said.

Furthermore, Budi said, at this time, he was focused on carrying out the remaining two months of assignments and did not want to imagine being assigned to a new position.
“I am a person who has never wanted to be able to reach a position. You can see that so far it’s a profession, I only have the target of carrying out my duties well,” he said.
