HZ Logistics takes over Koeltrans Angeren, which has gone bankrupt

MAASDIJK/BEMMEL – HZ Logistics from Maasdijk will take over all transport operations from Koeltrans Angeren from Bemmel, which was declared bankrupt on Friday 1 November. HZ Logistics reported this on Sunday afternoon.

The bankruptcy of Trax was also announced on the same date, reports HZ Logistics. This is the sister company of Koeltrans Angeren. The curator is investigating whether it is possible to take over these activities as well. Trax operations will continue as much as possible at this time.

Thanks to the partial restart, HZ Logistics can offer an even wider range of services in Germany to its current and new customers.

According to data from the Chamber of Commerce, 70 employees worked at Koeltrans Angeren BV, which was founded in 2010 by Günther Maters. According to the company website However, this is 400. It is not known how many of these will be included in the resume by HZ Logistics at the moment.
