Hyundai introduces the new Kona, with a brand new design, which for the first time gives customers the possibility to choose too the sporty N Line trim, able to give the model a new dynamic look.
And that’s not all, on the successful car we find a range of powertrain renewed, with the addition of new eco-friendly and sporty versions, the connectivity improved, together with its functionality, which make the driving experience on the road even more comfortable.
A car that represents a success story for Hyundai in Europe since its introduction in 2017, with a rapidly growing market share. In just three years, the compact SUV has become one of Hyundai’s most popular models. Its design has been consistently praised by customers and critics and has won major awards including the iF Design Award, the Red Dot Award 2018 and the IDEA design award 2018.
Hyundai Kona ha un key role in the brand’s electrification strategy, combining electrified powertrains with the style of compact SUVs. It was the House’s first SUV available with a range of electrified engines. Starting in March, Hyundai started production of Kona Electric at its production facility in the Czech Republic and is now expanding the electrification of the Kona range with the introduction of the technology mild hybrid 48-volt on diesel and gasoline engines.

Despite the rave reviews the outgoing Kona version got for its style, Hyundai’s Design Team didn’t want to settle for it. Rather than resting on our laurels, we listened to customer requests and went back to our work tables to take Kona design to the next level. “
Hyundai Kona, in its new version, will also be available in N Line variant (like other sports models of the brand) for the very first time, able to combine driving fun and exciting style in a single product. Kona N Line it stands out for its sporty front and rear, exterior details in body color and dedicated diamond-cut rims. The front stands out thanks to the dynamic characteristics of the front bumper, which blends harmoniously with the wheel arches in body color. The N Line version features a distinctive N-style aerodynamic spoiler.The side view features body-colored details and the new rocker panel, new 18-inch alloy wheels with a dedicated design.
The rear bumper incorporates a large central aerodynamic diffuser and a dual side exhaust. The interior are now available with a dedicated N Line package in black with fabric, leather or suede seats. In addition, elements have been included that give an even more touch sporty the interior of the car, the red stitching, the metal pedals and the N logo on the gear knob.
