Of the CHF 1.05 billion in mortgages that Hyrock claims to have newly placed or extended in the 2022 financial year, CHF 270 million is attributable to non-traditional loans such as bridging and follow-up financing. The average amount of a mortgage placed was CHF 6.1 million, the company reports.
The management of the mortgage and real estate provider has been expanded: Thomas Hilpert heads the Mortgages & Financing division, while Andreas Hitz is responsible for the Real Estate division. Hilpert most recently worked for VP Bank in Liechtenstein, where he held the position of Head of Group Project Portfolio Management. Previous professional positions of Andreas Hitz were Colliers, Zuger Kantonalbank and Bank Julius Baer. (ah)
