The technician in charge of this position shall in particular ensure that all the provisions laid down in Books I to V of Part Four of the Labor Code are implemented. His missions will be:
– Prevention of risks that could harm the health and safety of agents, as part of the prevention activities decided by the head of the department;
– Improving working methods and the working environment by adjusting working conditions according to the physical ability of the agents;
– Deepening the services’ knowledge of security problems and the methods to solve them;
– Proper maintenance of occupational health and safety records in each department;
In addition, according to these provisions, you are related to the work of the competent organization (CSA and / or special training) on matters of health, safety and working conditions.
Following article 15-1 of the aforementioned decree of 1982, you contribute to the establishment of the occupational risk sheet and to its periodic updating by the occupational physician.
Regarding risk assessment, as prepared by Decree No. 2001-1016 on November 5, 2001, you participate in the drafting of the single professional risk assessment document.
