Hwang Ui-jo (30), a national team striker who plays for Greek professional football Olympiacos, played full-time for the first time in about two months but remained silent.
Olympiacos lost 0-2 in the 2022-2023 UEFA Europa League Group G final to Nantes (France) held at Karaiskakis Stadium in Piraeus, Greece on 4 (now Korean).
Olympiacos, who had not won a single win with 2 draws and 4 losses (2 points), were eliminated last in the group.
Hwang Ui-jo started and played full time. It is the first time in about two months since the Europa League against Freiburg (Germany) on 16 September that Hwang Ui-jo, currently in an unstable position, plays full-time.
However, they had to witness defeat without attack points.
Hwang Ui-jo, who moved from Girondain Bordeaux (France) to Nottingham Forest (England) in August this year, was immediately loaned to Olympiacos with the same owner. He was a choice to maintain a consistent performance ahead of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

Recently, the Greek media Sporttime said: “Olympiacos want to send Hwang Ui-jo back to Nottingham. The publication of a single aid shows it all. The loan will expire before the start of the World Cup in Qatar.”
Meanwhile, Jung Woo-young’s Freiburg side have left Karabakh (Azerbaijan) to draw 1-1.
Freiburg progressed to the round of 16 with 4 wins, 2 draws (14 points) and 1st place in the group. Jung Woo-young was substituted in the 27th minute of the second half.
