The Hüttig law firm was founded in 2000 and can now look back on almost 20 years of national activity and experience. She mainly works in the civil law area. One focus is advising and supporting mandates from medium-sized companies from all over Poland and Germany with cross-border activities.
We represent you at all German court locations. In suitable cases, we appoint trustworthy and experienced appointment representatives to save expensive travel costs. In recent years we have also been represented at the Federal Constitutional Court, the Federal Administrative Court, the Federal Finance Court and the Federal Court of Justice (here only PKH proceedings), where we were able to record important successes for Polish clients in further legal training.
The composition of our team enables bilingual correspondence and personal support when representing out-of-court and in-court interests. Cooperation with proven notary and law firms in Jelenia Góra, Wrocław, Łodź, Poznań, Katowice and Warsaw complement our activities and ensure high-quality and comprehensive processing of your case from a single source.
Of course, we also support mandates that are exclusively related to German law. Here we work particularly for craft companies and medical practices. Years of experience and acquired knowledge in the legal areas of contract law, medical law, damage law, traffic law and insurance law as well as labor law complement the range of our legal advice and services.
