Hussein Al Jasmi
Beirut – “Politics”
“Yadum Izz” is a new patriotic song released by the artist Hussein Al Jasmi, on the occasion of the approaching UAE National Day celebrations.
The song is written and composed by Bashar Al-Shatti, arranged by Rabei Al-Saidawi, and Al-Jasmi shared a clip of it on his social accounts, commenting on it, saying: “May your glory last as long as you are in the eyes of Bu Khaled.”
Some of the lyrics of the song say: This is my country, and these are our traditions… For our glories and heritage, no matter how successful we are, they are for us… My country of achievement, kindness, and sincerity… My country is a jewel of the world in the present and past of time… This is my country, the name of which I can’t remember… You feel that you are different and you feel an ecstasy of pride… Because you are from the land of goodness. Whoever mentioned it other than… Yes, Emirati, I have the right to be proud.”
On the other hand, the artist Al Jasmi, along with the duo Ahlam and Balqis Fathi, is preparing to perform the UAE National Day ceremony in the capital, Abu Dhabi, next December 1, at the Etihad Arena.
