At today’s home game against Kickers Offenbach, Hans-Joachim Endress, Managing Director of Husqvarna Germany, together with SSV Managing Director Markus Thiele, officially announced the further cooperation.
“We are more than happy that Husqvarna will remain by our side as main sponsor and product partner until 2025. At the moment, it is anything but a matter of course that a company should extend such a partnership over the long term and also expand it further. The cooperation with Husqvarna is excellent ”, says Markus Thiele, Managing Director for Sports and Sales.
Hans-Joachim Endress on the extension: “The last two years of our partnership have been characterized by a trusting and successful cooperation. Just like SSV Ulm 1846 football, Husqvarna Germany is also at home in Ulm. Together we are not only committed to sport and the club, but also to the people in the region. Our joint campaign “Husqvarna helps”, for example, in which we supported voluntary associations from the region, was a real highlight for me. I am already looking forward to the future projects that we will set up together. ”
In addition to advertising measures, the cooperation also includes activities in the field of professional lawnmowers. Husqvarna is considered an innovation leader and pioneer in automated milling solutions and, as part of the partnership, has been mowing all of the club’s training grounds with Automower robotic lawnmowers for two years. The sparrows can look forward to ideal training conditions on the lawn at any time.
Since the SSV Ulm 1846 football first came up with Husqvarna on November 25, 2019 – opponents were Kickers Offenbach then and now – the sparrows have been able to celebrate many successes with their partner.
The wfv-Pokal was won twice and three DFB-Pokal games against Erzgebirge Aue, Schalke 04 and 1. FC Nürnberg were played. The partners also hope that their future collaboration will be at least as successful.
