The dispute between the Campania Region and the hunting world continues, fueled by the recent rulings of the TAR that have once again suspended the resolutions of the Regional Council regarding hunting activities. At the center of the controversy, the governor Vincenzo De Luca and the Agriculture Councilor, Nicola Caputo, accused of superficially managing a delicate and crucial issue for many hunters in Campania.
Taking a strong position is Senator Antonio Iannone, regional commissioner of Fratelli d’Italia in Campania, who harshly attacks the Regional Council. According to the senator, the repeated cancellation of resolutions by the TAR is not the result of simple errors, but of a precise strategy implemented by the Region. “It is paradoxical that De Luca and his assessor Caputo continue to receive rejections by the TAR, damaging hunters with superficial decisions”, declared Iannone, highlighting how this situation generates a “losing” game that ends up penalizing only hunting enthusiasts.
Iannone accuses De Luca of trying to deflect responsibility, trying to blame the TAR for the repeated suspensions. “The usual typical Deluchian charade,” added the senator, underlining the governor’s inability to handle the issue adequately.
Iannone’s request is clear: immediate resignation for councilor Nicola Caputo, now considered unfit to fill his role. “De Luca confirms once again his total inadequacy for the role he holds,” concluded the senator.
