There are 400 enemy warplanes and 360 helicopters clustered close to Ukraine’s borders.
This was announced for the duration of a briefing by Yuriy Ignat, spokesman for the Air Pressure Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
According to him, there are more than 400 enemy fighter jets in the vicinity of the borders of Ukraine. There are also 360 helicopters, of which in excess of 150 are assault helicopters.

In the last 24 hours there has been a great air exercise by the enemy: yesterday about 200 air flights have been carried out. The enemy mainly utilised Su-22M3 bombers carrying X-22 missiles. In the previous 24 hrs, the enemy has fired 8 of these missiles from air platforms in diverse areas of Ukraine, Yuriy Ignat reported.
“In the previous 24 hours, our air defense forces have managed to shoot down two enemy beat helicopters. 6 operational tactical unmanned aerial vehicles have also been wrecked,” he said.
