Hundreds of players have their PlayStation accounts blocked and no one knows why – INDIAN

On Monday evening of our time, gamers wanted to play on the console PlayStation, but found that Sony had permanently blocked their accounts. This is not a case of a few individuals, but hundreds of people who don’t know what’s going on.

The Japanese company just told them that they are permanently blocked PlayStation Network account due to violation of PSN terms and user agreement. Players cannot access their account or purchased games. Complaints have been pouring in on X, Reddit and various forums.

Many believe that it is about some problem. But Sony does not report any problem on the support page. When they contacted support, they were told to call back the next day. Others claim that chat support didn’t tell them anything. Someone else received information that the reason is the detection of fraud on the account.

Sony claims on the site that each block is preceded by a thorough investigation by members of the PlayStation security team. “All blocks are ultimately final and cannot be appealed,” warns. Fortunately, some on social media are reporting that their account was unblocked after a few hours.

Even because of these cases, there are comments about keeping the games on physical discs.
