Hundreds of Manchester United fans protested on Saturday against one of the owners of the English football club, Joel Glazer, and his family.
In front of the Old Trafford stadium, they unfurled banners demanding the departure of the Glazer family, who have a majority share in the club. The bbc.com portal informed about it.
The Glazer family has owned the club since 2005, and this week has come under fire again. United were one of the twelve founding members of the European Superliga, but the project went bankrupt in a matter of days.
Executive Vice President Ed Woodward has already announced his resignation at the end of the year. Glazer wrote a letter to his fans admitting that the Superliga was a wrong move.
